A 41-year-old female patient was brought in an unconscious and unresponsive state to our general physician clinic in Safdarjung, Delhi, with an alleged history of hanging. Immediately, Dr. Ramit Singh Sambyal, one of the best general physician in Safdarjung Enclave, moved the patient to the emergency department. Initially, no central pulse was present.
Dr. Ramit Sambyal, an expert general physician in Safdarjung, New Delhi, immediately initiated CPR according to the latest ACLS protocol and secured the airway with an endotracheal tube.
Then, the patient was placed on a ventilator. Meanwhile, CPR was continued for 10 mins after which ROSC was achieved, and the patient was revived. Since the patient was hypotensive, Dr. Ramit Sambyal placed her on inotropic support. Further, targeted temperature monitoring was done using cold saline.
